Some habits to keep in shape all year round

1- Drink 2000ml of warm water every day,

2- You can use the 16+8 system to eat. You may not be able to stand the hunger at first, but you can get used to it;

3- You don’t need to deliberately calculate how much weight you have lost, or how many calories you consume, and you don’t need to put too much pressure on yourself. Believe that self-discipline is freedom

4- Eat 80% full (slightly full) for each meal, do not sit down immediately after a meal, but stand against the wall for a few minutes

5- Eat more vegetables and protein, vegetables promote intestinal peristalsis, and protein improves metabolism;

6- Drinking black coffee early in the morning can really help you lose weight. If you can’t drink enough, you can add some milk. If you have a bad stomach, don’t drink it on an empty stomach;
